As a fast-growing online gaming operator, we are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager with CIS experience to drive our user acquisition and revenue growth.

• Develop and execute marketing growth strategies focused on the CIS market.
• Scale Facebook and other acquisition campaigns.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to create high-converting landing pages.
• Work with product, creative, and analytics teams to optimize the funnel.
• Utilize proprietary tools for competitor analysis and data insights.
• Innovate and experiment with new growth strategies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing.
• Expertise in Facebook Ads management.
• Knowledge of player behavior in the CIS market.
• Ability to create and optimize digital assets.
• Proficiency in tracking and analyzing performance metrics.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Fluent/native Russian or Ukrainian is a bonus.
