Overview

As a Sales Specialist at WindshieldHUB, you will be the first point of contact for customers interested in our services, guiding them through the booking process and closing sales without cold calling.

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Convert leads into bookings by providing expert service recommendations.

• 2+ years of proven sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Strong closing skills and ability to turn inbound inquiries into bookings.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service and inbound sales (B2C preferred).
• Ability to handle objections, problem-solve, and build customer trust.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is a plus.
