In Short

• Develop and maintain Flutter mobile applications for Web3 banking and payment products.
• Participate in product requirement analysis and application architecture design.
• Optimize application performance to ensure stability across different devices and networks.
• Research and innovate in the Flutter technology field for banking applications.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality.
• Engage in team technical discussions and project progress reporting.
• Possess strong technical skills in Flutter and Dart with at least 3 years of experience.
• Understand banking and payment business processes and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills.

Requirements

• Proficient in Flutter framework and development tools with 3+ years of experience.
• Strong programming skills in Dart.
• Familiarity with mobile app development processes.
• Knowledge of Web3 technologies and understanding of blockchain.
• Ability to support business compliance from a technical perspective.
• Experience in financial industry projects preferred.
• Good understanding of team collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Strong responsibility and dedication to work quality.
• Good English reading skills for technical documentation.
