At Window Nation, we’re looking for a Field Trainer, Install Operations, who will play a critical role in coaching and developing new Field Technicians, impacting installation teams across markets.

In Short

• Train and coach Field Technicians on window measurement and installation.
• Deliver hands-on training to ensure operational excellence.
• Conduct on-site evaluations for safety and accuracy.
• Collaborate with leadership to assess training needs.
• Review training documents and reports on market performance.
• Mentor team members to foster professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience measuring replacement windows accurately.
• 2+ years’ experience in window installation or related projects.
• Experience training field technicians.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel up to 75% across multiple states.
