• Advising clients on handling cybersecurity incidents from start to finish.
• Supervising junior team members and interfacing with clients.
• Preparing legal budgets and drafting reports to insurance carriers.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited Law School is required.
• Must be admitted to Bar in good standing.
• 7+ years legal experience with a focus on data privacy and security.
• Strong knowledge of data breach and privacy laws.
• IT or technical background is a plus.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player.
