Requirements

• Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in technology management.
• 4 years of engineering/architecture experience and 3 years of leadership experience.
• Expertise in IBM mainframe technologies (z/OS, CICS, DB2).
• Experience in mainframe automation and storage solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Good understanding of business impacts related to technology.
• Proven mentoring and leadership capabilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others.
