Overview

As an Account Executive at Wholix, you will play a central role in the growth of our company. You are responsible not only for closing deals but also for actively building your own sales pipeline – from identifying relevant target customers to qualification and conversion.

In Short

  • Build and independently develop your sales pipeline (Outbound + Inbound)
  • Identify, approach, and qualify target customers
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and negotiations until closure
  • Proactively generate new opportunities through outbound activities, networking, and creative approaches
  • Consistent follow-up and structured pipeline management in CRM
  • Work closely with marketing to optimize campaigns, ads, and lead flows
  • Utilize and further develop existing inbound leads from marketing activities
  • Responsible for forecasting, reporting, and achieving targets
  • Continuously optimize your sales process and conversion rates
  • Build long-term customer relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell potential

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in SaaS sales or comparable B2B software solutions
  • Proven success in closing new customers in the mid-market or enterprise environment
  • Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
  • Ability to present complex issues simply and customer-oriented
  • Proactive, structured working style, and high self-motivation
  • Desire to grow in an international startup environment
