Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with high volume applications and scalable platforms.
• Proficiency in server-side programming (preferably Python).
• Knowledge of machine learning and recommendation systems.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS or Google Cloud).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Expertise in designing backend systems.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (DataDog, Grafana).
• Ability to mentor and build inclusive teams.
