In Short

• Growth engineers at Whatnot are responsible for expanding our new user funnel across buyers and sellers.
• Focus on the full funnel, developing opportunities to grow traffic across multiple channels.
• Create delightful new user experiences to activate and retain buyers and sellers.
• Build out our core Incentivized buyer growth strategy, including gamified incentives.
• Significantly impact the company top-line metrics with high ownership and velocity.
• Research and find new opportunities to drive the product direction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• iOS expertise in creating fluid, responsive user interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of Swift and adept at writing declarative code.
• Excellent product instincts with a user-first approach.
• Proven track record of delivering user-facing features quickly.
• Good communication skills in both written and verbal English.
• Bonus: Experience building E-commerce products.
