In Short

• Build systems and products for user moderation and issue mitigation.
• Make sound product decisions and ship high-quality products quickly.
• Exercise good judgment and make trade-offs effectively.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience required.
• Expertise in frontend web development with React and JavaScript.
• Experience with GraphQL for API development.
• Ability to implement pixel perfect designs.
• Strong ownership instincts and project management skills.
• Experience with complex web-based tooling is a plus.
• Startup experience at a high-growth company is preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent product instincts focused on user experience.
• Comfortable sharing insights and challenging team ideas.
• Understanding of backend technologies for seamless integration.
• Proven track record of delivering features end-to-end.
• Ability to own projects from inception to production.
• Experience with dashboards or shipping tooling is a plus.
• Startup experience at a high-growth company is a plus.
