Overview

The Senior Manager of Global HR Compliance will build a new HR Compliance function from the ground up, focusing on policy development and compliance initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of HR experience.
• 7+ years in HR Compliance roles.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of HR concepts and compliance.
• Experience managing global projects of significant scope.
• Knowledge of compliance in APAC regions is a plus.
• Ability to work flexibly across time zones.
• Demonstrated success in driving process improvements.
