Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst, Global Finance Operations (APAC Collection) - Remote

Overview

The Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst will manage the full collections process, ensuring timely customer payments and maintaining accurate accounts receivable records.

In Short

• Manage collections process to ensure timely payments.
• Handle payment issues and disputes with customers.
• Prepare weekly collections reports and track progress.
• Work closely with Sales, Legal, and Client Support teams.
• Minimize bad debt risk and maximize collections.
• Assist with audits and financial close activities.
• Support revenue recognition tests.
• Maintain organized records and audit trails.
• Ensure service levels and targets are met.
• Interface with business partners regarding process changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Strong background in account reconciliation.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to identify solutions to issues.
• Experience in Shared Service setup preferred.
