Account Sales Representative - Remote

Overview

West Window is seeking a motivated Account Sales Representative to build relationships and drive sales in the window and door manufacturing industry.

In Short

• Develop rapport and build strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Travel within your assigned territory to meet with customers and generate sales opportunities.
• Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads.
• Meet or exceed designated sales targets.
• Create and implement an effective sales strategy.
• Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in building materials or construction.
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• A positive attitude with a results-driven mindset.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
• Position is remote but must live within the territory.
