Overview

The Workday Finance Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing the collection, verification, validation, and input of data into the Workday financial system, ensuring effective communication with global finance and operations teams.

In Short

• Coordinate information needed for Workday from various company areas.
• Manage the shared ticket intake system using Zendesk.
• Setup new customers and upload necessary documents in Workday.
• Handle invoicing and billing schedules based on project requirements.
• Support contract corrections and supplier maintenance.
• Review and upload global tax documentation.
• Participate in interim processes for customers not transitioned to Pantheon.
• Assist in identifying and addressing gaps in Workday functionality.
• Provide exceptional customer service to vendors and employees.
• Collaborate with the global finance team to ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• Comfortable with technology and multiple software platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills on a global scale.
• Knowledge of Workday is beneficial but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
