Prompt Engineer - Project Lion - Remote

Overview

The Prompt Engineer for Project Lion will be responsible for utilizing advanced prompt generation and optimization tools to improve the performance of large language models and ensure high-quality outputs.

In Short

• Utilize Automatic Prompt Generation tools for creating baseline prompts.
• Supervise Automated Prompt Optimization tools and review outputs.
• Draft and refine prompts for complex template architectures.
• Monitor shadowbot runs for discrepancies between human and LLM ratings.
• Measure autorater quality against human crowd baselines.
• Draft technical launch readiness justifications.
• Native fluency in English is required.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Education in Computer Science or related fields is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in prompt engineering is required.

Requirements

• Native fluency in English.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience as a Prompt Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and SQL.
• Ability to learn proprietary tools quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
