Overview

The Project Engineer is responsible for overseeing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work of buildings under construction, ensuring compliance with design and quality standards.

In Short

• Engage in initial design development of MEP Services.
• Review Design Basis Report and legal compliance.
• Coordinate with all design disciplines and vendors.
• Ensure shop drawings and samples are approved.
• Execute services work as per drawings and specifications.
• Manage installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment.
• Support planning and billing teams with required documentation.
• Track long lead items and manage change processes.
• Initiate training for handover teams.
• Maintain exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• B.E in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in warehouse/industrial projects.
• Experience in residential/commercial/hospital projects.
• Technical awareness of civil and architectural works.
• Excellent attention to detail and observation ability.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good English communication skills.
