Life Sciences Solutions & Market Strategy Director - Remote

Overview

This role is a strategic leader responsible for shaping, defining, and enabling our Life Sciences solutions in the market. By combining the external orientation of a Solutions Consultant with the ownership mindset of a Product Owner, the role ensures that our solutions are differentiated, aligned to customer needs, and positioned for growth.

In Short

• Serve as a core member of the Life Sciences Service Line executive team.
• Define and maintain the Life Sciences solutions portfolio.
• Act as the subject matter expert for sales pursuits and strategic account growth.
• Build and deliver enablement programs for Sales and Account Management.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Partner with Product Management to align roadmap priorities with business strategy.
• Create thought leadership and marketing campaigns for the Life Sciences Service Line.
• Track adoption and outcomes of new features/solutions.
• Ensure operational readiness and scalable implementation of solutions.
• Accountable for bridging service line strategy and product development.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Solutions, Product Management, Consulting, or Service Line leadership.
• Proven track record of influencing at the executive level.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of customer buying behaviors.
• Excellent executive communication skills.
• Experience working closely with Product Managers and technical teams.
• Comfortable in a global, matrixed, fast-moving organization.
