Korean Language Lead - Remote

Overview

The Korean Language Lead will act as a backup to the main Language Lead, responsible for ensuring quality and consistency in linguistic reviews and quality assurance tasks.

In Short

• Act as intermediary between clients and linguists.
• Maintain quality standards under a 97% fail rate.
• Conduct daily follow-ups on linguistic quality evaluations.
• Analyze deliverables and implement improvement actions.
• Support linguists in understanding corrections and arbitration.
• Identify and recommend solutions for workload issues.
• Collect root cause analyses and develop improvement plans.
• Conduct training sessions for linguists.
• Organize calls to clarify corrections and requirements.
• Assist in identifying potential new candidates for roles.

Requirements

• 5 years' experience in translation and reviewing.
• Proficient in Legal, Marketing, Support, and Product areas.
• Familiar with translation and terminology tools.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Native fluency in Hebrew.
• Degree in linguistics or translation.
• Able to follow detailed instructions.
• Capable of explaining translation rationale.
• Experience in machine translation post-editing.
• Experience in multi-vendor scenarios is a plus.
