Dutch Linguist - Remote

Overview

The Linguist performs quality control tasks and on-demand translation tasks, taking on linguistic lead functions on assigned projects while coordinating the activities of a group of translators.

Requirements

• University degree in Translation/Applied Languages.
• 4+ years of experience in translation/localization.
• Fluent in English and native in Dutch.
• Excellent software skills, including TMS and CAT tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Experience in training and mentoring others.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to present information effectively.
• Ability to work in a virtual team.
