AIS Quality Manager – 3-Month Contract - Remote

Overview

The AIS Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring that Welocalize meets client deliverable acceptance criteria, managing service delivery quality, and engaging with customers to define and document quality requirements.

• Monitor deliverable performance on assigned accounts.

• Prepare and present quality reporting to clients.

• Train suppliers on customer-specific tools.

• Knowledge of AI data services industry.
