Senior Accountant (R2R) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to perform and coordinate accounting duties (R2R, P2P, O2C streams) within the Welltech Group Accounting team.

In Short

• Preparing financial statements and reports for Group entities.
• Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
• Assisting with annual audit preparations.
• Investigating and resolving audit findings and discrepancies.
• Contributing to the development of accounting processes.
• Supporting junior staff as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Demonstrable accounting experience in R2R.
• Working knowledge of local Polish GAAPs.
• Knowledge of IFRS.
• Strong communication skills.
• Organizational and stress management skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of Workday system (nice to have).
• Advanced level of English.
• Experience in the IT industry (nice to have).
