In Short

• Develop high-converting motion assets for Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
• Analyze creative performance metrics to refine or sunset underperforming assets.
• Design motion content with clear performance objectives in mind.
• Collaborate with Growth Managers and Video Producers to translate campaign strategy into creative concepts.
• Contribute to continuous creative experimentation cycles.
• Create dynamic transitions and typography that feel native to each platform.
• Monitor evolving platform trends and creative benchmarks.

Requirements

• Portfolio showcasing top-tier graphic design and motion skills.
• Deep understanding of Meta Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, X and Snap ad formats.
• Mastery of After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Experience using Figma as a collaborative tool.
• Ability to articulate creative decisions in the context of business goals.
• Fluent English with clear communication skills.
• Proficiency in AI-driven workflows for ideation and production.
• Skill with expressions and Essential Graphics for creative testing.
• 3+ years of experience in motion design within performance marketing.
• English proficiency (B2 or higher).
