Overview

As a Motion Designer at Caspar Health, you will be the creative force behind our medical content, shaping the visual therapy of tomorrow and contributing to a modern, data-driven healthcare service.

In Short

• Responsible for the entire production process of therapy videos from storyboard to rendering.
• Integrate animations and illustrations into interview videos with experts.
• Develop visual concepts in collaboration with the creative team.
• Work closely with the medical team to translate complex topics into effective visuals.
• Handle post-production and continuously improve existing formats.
• Implement new tools and trends in motion design, especially AI workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in motion design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Strong mixed-media skills, including motion tracking and compositing.
• Able to create illustrations that adhere to style guides.
• Interest in health topics and ability to simplify complex information.
• Fluent in German and English (minimum C1 level).
• Curiosity about how AI tools can optimize workflows.
