Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Creative Producer or similar role.
• Excellence in ideation across diverse ad networks.
• Experience in creating user-generated content and persuasive communications.
• Strong background in performance marketing driven by insights.
• Excellent project and time management skills.
• Empathetic team development skills.
• Experience presenting work with confidence.
• Open and effective communication skills.
• Ability to operate autonomously and proactively.
• Upper-intermediate or advanced English level.
