Senior Analyst - Informatics - Remote

Overview

The Senior Analyst will support the Complaint, Grievances and Appeals (CG&A) team at CVS Health by maintaining and building reporting on appeal volumes and patterns, playing a crucial role in root cause analysis.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience with querying and data manipulation.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Alteryx and Dataiku for data cleaning.
• Strong communication skills.
