Overview

The Registered Nurse at Oak Street Health is responsible for building strong relationships with patients, coordinating their care, and ensuring competent nursing care to achieve desired patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure.
• BLS Certification.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
• Strong communication and assessment skills.
• 2+ years of healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
