As a Primary Care Physician at Oak Street Health, you will provide equitable and effective value-based healthcare to local Medicare patient populations in a supportive environment focused on quality care.

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Requirements

Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.)
Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Active, unrestricted State License
Active DEA license
Experience in Geriatrics preferred
Experience in outpatient primary care settings
Bilingual proficiency where applicable
Collaborative experience in healthcare settings
Motivation to provide excellent care
US work authorization
