Overview

As a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Health, you will support the pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence, ensuring that prescriptions are filled accurately and providing exceptional customer service.

In Short

  • Support pharmacy operations and assist in prescription fulfillment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and create personalized experiences for patients.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure patient safety.
  • Complete inventory activities as directed by pharmacy leadership.

  • Comply with all relevant laws and regulations governing pharmacy practice.
  • Participate in additional patient health care services where allowable.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills with patients and colleagues.
  • Maintain flexibility for scheduling and business needs.
  • Complete required training within designated timeframes.

Requirements

  • Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements.
  • At least 16 years of age or high school diploma/equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting and mobility.
