In Short

  • Support pharmacy teams in delivering operational and service excellence.
  • Assist patients and customers to deliver an exceptional experience.
  • Ensure timely and accurate prescription fulfillment.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
  • Contribute to positive patient experiences and show empathy.
  • Complete inventory activities as directed by pharmacy leadership.
  • Remain flexible for scheduling and business needs.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Deliver additional patient health care services where allowable.
  • Complete necessary training and satisfy registration and certification requirements.

Requirements

  • Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements.
  • At least 16 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred.
  • Ability to work in various locations as needed.
  • Regular and predictable attendance including nights and weekends.
  • Strong customer service and team orientation skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Mathematical reasoning skills for prescription accuracy.
  • Ability to resolve problems and manage challenging interactions.
  • Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting and mobility.
