The Pharmacy Technician at CVS Health plays a critical role in supporting pharmacy teams to deliver operational excellence and exceptional service to patients and customers.

Requirements

  • Must meet state board of pharmacy requirements.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a pharmacy or customer service setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Mathematical reasoning skills for prescription accuracy.
  • Physical ability to perform job functions, including lifting and standing for long periods.
  • Willingness to complete required training within designated timeframe.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a growth attitude.
