Requirements

  • Active Pharmacist License in the state of employment.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Physical ability to perform job functions.
  • Completion of CVS Pharmacy Manager Emerging Leader program preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Commitment to patient safety and ethical standards.
