Overview

An Operations Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through a focus on excellent customer service.

In Short

• Supervise the store’s crew and manage store operations.
• Assist customers with their questions and promote customer service culture.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves effectively.
• Communicate information between store management and crews.
• Handle customer relations issues in accordance with company policy.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Work a full-time flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
• Provide coaching and feedback to colleagues on customer service.
• Support planning and execution of promotional merchandise displays.
• Ensure smooth completion of all opening and closing procedures.

Requirements

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Preferred experience as a retail supervisor.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
