Medical Scribe - Remote

Overview

The purpose of a Medical Scribe at Oak Street Health is to support primary care providers with clinical documentation, allowing them to focus on providing exceptional patient care. Scribes assist throughout the patient care journey, ensuring accurate documentation and helping to close care gaps.

Requirements

• Knowledge of medical terminology and medications
• Prior clinical experience preferred
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Ability to type 70+ words per minute preferred
• Ability to adapt to new workflows
• Self-starter with excellent attendance
• US work authorization required
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages preferred
• Commitment to at least 1 year in the role required
• Compliance with HIPAA and other policies
