Overview

The Lead Director, Pricing Strategy will be responsible for leading a team that helps to determine competitive pricing strategies and achieve revenue goals in a rapidly changing health care marketplace.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in healthcare/PBM.
• 2+ years on strategic financial projects.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience in financial analysis and process management.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of PBM profitability levers.
• Experience in a matrix reporting environment.
• Intimate knowledge of pricing and underwriting activities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
