Overview

As an In-Home Health Clinician with CVS Health, you will engage with patients in their homes to provide personalized health evaluations and bridge gaps in care.

• Provide in-home health evaluations for patients.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted licenses in coverage areas.
• Board certification required for NP/PA.
• Multi-state licenses preferred.
• Ability to cover Spokane and surrounding areas.
• Passion for patient engagement and health improvement.
• Experience in conducting health assessments.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
