Requirements

• Current RN license in Utah.
• Minimum one year nursing experience.
• Strong IV insertion skills.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Home healthcare experience preferred.
• CRNI certification preferred but not required.
• RN Diploma, Associates or B.S. degree in nursing.
• Willingness to travel for patient visits.
