Requirements

• Candidate licensure must comply with state requirements.

• Access to a private space for conducting work effectively.
• Bachelor of Social Work Degree (REQUIRED).
• Master of Social Work (PREFERRED).
• Ability to travel for in-person case management activities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Confidence in independent work and virtual collaboration.
