Requirements

• M.D., D.O., A.P.N., or P.A. graduates required.
• Board certification in Internal or Family Medicine.
• Experience in clinical leadership and provider coaching.
• 5+ years in outpatient practice preferred.
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics is a plus.
• Ability to use a metrics-driven approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
• US work authorization required.
