As an Advanced Pharmacy Technician at CVS Health, you will play a crucial role in ensuring medication needs and regulatory compliance are met for patients in a closed-door pharmacy setting.

In Short

• Join a dedicated team at CVS Health’s Omnicare closed-door pharmacy.
• Ensure medication needs and regulatory compliance are met.
• Work in various pharmacy workstations including Packaging, Staging, and Compounding.
• Coordinate workflow with function supervisors.
• Perform physical inventories of medication.
• Receive product deliveries and stage products for distribution.
• Engage in stock rotation and accuracy checks.
• Support the team in providing care to skilled nursing facilities.

• Work full-time with a typical weekly schedule of 40 hours.

Requirements

• Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician as required by state law.
• One or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician.
• Prior experience in the long-term care industry preferred.
• PTCB National Certification is a plus.
• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required.
