As a Team Leader Pharmacy-Clinical Programs, you will guide and mentor a multi-functional team of Clinical Pharmacists, overseeing the development and maintenance of comprehensive clinical pharmacy programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Active Pharmacy license in Iowa or South Dakota.
• 5+ years of managed care pharmacy experience.
• Leadership experience in project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and guidelines.
• Self-starter with strong decision-making abilities.
