Welcome Wagon is looking for dynamic individuals with experience selling to local small businesses to join our team as Advertising Sales Representatives. This role offers unlimited income potential and the flexibility to work from home or in the field.

In Short

• Independent contractor, commission-only position.
• Work from home and/or out in the field.
• Sell consultative advertising including Direct Mail, Digital Marketing, and Online Media programs.
• Lead generation through cold calls, emails, and networking.
• Conduct sales consultations and present marketing solutions.
• Build relationships with local businesses.
• Stay informed about local market trends.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records.
• Work independently in your assigned territory.
• Compensation is commission-only based on sales results.

Requirements

• Prior experience in selling to small businesses (B2B) or a related field.
• 1-2 years of outside sales or phone sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to function well in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in video conferencing, Gmail, G Suite, and CRM use.
• Must agree to commission-only compensation.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
• Preferred in-person fieldwork.
