In Short

• You are the first point of contact for our retailers: Acquisition, support, and relationship management are in your hands.
• Collaboration with our field sales team to implement joint sales strategies.
• Support with product placements and existing customer care.
• Ensure that all processes between inside sales, field sales, and customers run smoothly.
• Maintain customer data and documentation in the CRM system.
• Telephone contact with potential new customers.

Requirements

• Experience in sales is mandatory – ideally in retail or FMCG.
• Independent, structured working style and solution-oriented thinking.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in building customer relationships.
• Proficient use of common office tools.
• Residence in Germany (100% remote position).
• Perfect German language skills in spoken and written form.
