As our Financial Controller, you will be at the forefront of our financial management efforts, working closely with Senior Management, the People & Culture Team, and Team Leads. Your role is not just about numbers; it’s about shaping key processes and contributing to the strategic direction of the company.

• Prepare Budget Plans and Quarterly Forecasts.
• Support in the Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements.
• Conduct Financial Analyses and Develop Management Reporting in PowerBI.
• Refine and Optimize Finance Processes and Methodologies.
• Support the Implementation of MS Dynamics.
• 3-5+ Years of Professional Experience in Financial Control.
• Proactive and Self-Driven Approach with a Structured Working Style.
• Passion for Working with Data, Advanced Skills in MS Excel.
• Strong Affinity for Digital Processes and Innovative Tools.
• Fluent Communication Skills in Both German and English.

Requirements

• Experience at the Interface of Accounting and Controlling.
• Familiarity with HGB and US GAAP is an Advantage.
