Overview

As a Senior Database Reliability Engineer at Webflow, you will ensure our databases and the applications they support are performant, scalable, and reliable, blending database expertise with an application-aware mindset.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in database or reliability engineering
• Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL
• Strong background in database optimization
• Familiarity with application-layer impacts of database changes
• Skilled in scripting and automation (YAML, Pulumi)
• Exposure to Node.js or similar languages
• Problem-solving skills
• Comfortable in an agile environment
• Curious and open to growth
