In Short

• Write and edit copy across multiple formats including web, performance marketing, video scripts, and sales materials.
• Concept and execute creative work with deliverables subject to review by the Copy Lead.
• Act as a creative consultant to marketing teams.
• Collaborate with the video production team on scripts and storyboards.
• Apply Webflow brand voice standards.
• Suggest process improvements as responsibilities expand.
• Analyze impact of deliverables and suggest changes based on data and feedback.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of copywriting experience, preferably in B2B tech.
• Ability to self-edit and quickly produce polished copy.
• Deep understanding of conversion-driven copy.
• Experience working with video teams on scriptwriting.
• Ability to articulate creative decisions and present work effectively.
• Comfortable engaging with a wide range of collaborators.
• Ability to suggest consultative solutions in ambiguous situations.
• Operate effectively as an independent professional.
