Overview

As an Employer Brand Manager at Webflow, you will be responsible for bringing the company's values and employee experience to life through storytelling, campaigns, and content aimed at future candidates globally.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in employer branding, content marketing, or communications
• Ability to develop multi-channel storytelling campaigns
• Experience managing external creative or content vendors
• Strong collaboration skills across various teams
• Familiarity with EB tools like LinkedIn Life and Glassdoor
