Chewy is searching for a Senior Employer Branding Manager to lead efforts to build the Chewy Vet Care (CVC) employer brand! In this role you will help to position Chewy as an outstanding employer in the veterinary industry. This pivotal role will shape and elevate our veterinary employer brand and team member experience, emphasizing our dedication to excellence, professional growth, and wellbeing in the vet industry.

• Build and implement a comprehensive employer branding strategy.
• Collaborate with social teams to align brand initiatives.
• Curate compelling content that connects with the Employer Value Proposition.
• Partner with Marketing and PR teams for brand visibility.
• Drive buzz-building activities for new market launches.
• Monitor and manage CVC’s presence on platforms like Glassdoor and LinkedIn.
• Develop strategies to strengthen CVC’s visibility through workplace awards.
• Help develop appreciation initiatives for Team Members.
• Analyze engagement and brand data to measure success.
• Position may require 25% travel.

Requirements

• Experience in the veterinary field.
• 6+ years in employer branding or marketing roles.
• Proven ability to develop long-term branding strategies.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and social media platforms.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate metrics.
• Project management skills for managing multiple initiatives.
• Passion for CVC’s mission and the veterinary profession.
