Overview

The NOC Lead will build, mentor, and lead a team of NOC engineers to support 24/7 monitoring and operational excellence, acting as the primary point of contact for incident management and ensuring high-quality resolution of customer issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in NOC operations.
• Understanding of 2G to 5G networks.
• Strong incident management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with network monitoring tools.
• Proven leadership and technical guidance abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail and service quality.
• Strong self-motivation and learning mindset.
• Ability to handle off-hours incidents.
