We’re looking for a strategic, collaborative, and operations-minded Senior Manager, Marketing & Promotions to lead and evolve our client-facing promotional and rewards experiences.

In Short

• Develop initiatives to maximize client acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Partner with Growth and Marketing to refine promotional frameworks.
• Grow, mentor, and support a team of Client Experience Specialists.
• Monitor support and product data to uncover friction points.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering for seamless execution of promotions.
• Build and maintain relationships with third-party partners.

Requirements

• Deep experience in operations, fulfillment, and marketing roles.
• Ability to create seamless client experiences centered on human connection.
• Experience in growing, mentoring, and developing Client Experience teams.
• Intuitive with data and excel at identifying areas for improvement.
• Strong communication skills with empathy and clarity.
• Ability to build and nurture external partnerships.
