In Short

• Analyze user behavior to understand client interactions with the product.
• Develop and implement experiments to evaluate new features and product changes.
• Apply causal inference methods in non-experimental settings.
• Use machine learning algorithms to segment users and personalize product experiences.
• Develop and maintain core data models and pipelines for data quality and accessibility.
• Partner with Product, Product Marketing, and Engineering teams.
• Build robust data models in a cloud data warehouse.
• Apply statistical techniques and build machine learning models.
• Translate business requirements into data models and analyses.

Requirements

• Strong business acumen and product sense.
• Excellent Python & SQL skills, with experience in libraries like Pandas and scikit-learn.
• Strong understanding of statistics: frequentist and Bayesian approaches.
• Understanding of fundamental machine-learning algorithms.
• Ability to articulate stances for effective collaboration.
• Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities.
• Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical teams.
